Magda — Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Magda, provided by Fabio ("Operator"). By using Magda, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts

To use Magda you must create an account using email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Magda offers paid subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and occasional limited-time lifetime offers. Subscriptions are processed via the App Store/Google Play and managed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through your app store account. Refunds are subject to the store's policies.

3. Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create in the app (tasks, notes). By using Magda you grant the Operator a limited license to store and process that content to provide the service.

4. Prohibited Uses

Do not use Magda for unlawful purposes. Do not attempt to circumvent payment, abuse the service, or interfere with other users.

5. Third-Party Services

Magda integrates with third-party services including Supabase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, PostHog, and advertising SDKs (TikTok, Facebook). By using Magda, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their respective terms and our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

Magda is provided "as is." Operator makes no guarantees of uninterrupted service or that results will meet your expectations. Magda is not a substitute for professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms; material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
