Remember every decision you make, and never drop a follow-up.
Talk for a minute a day. Almanack turns the ramble into structured memory: decisions with the reasoning, commitments owed to others, tasks owed to yourself. Then it brings the right one back exactly when you need it.
Branson keeps a notebook. Dalio logs every decision. Gates schedules think weeks.
The best operators document. Almanack makes it take one minute.
How it works
One minute in. A second brain out.
Step 1
Talk for a minute.
Open the app and say what happened. The pricing call. The hire you are leaning toward. The intro you promised a client by Friday. No typing, no formatting, no structure required.
Step 2
Almanack structures it.
The ramble becomes a clean record: decisions with the reasoning behind them, commitments owed to others, tasks owed to yourself. Each one filed, dated, and searchable.
Step 3
The right memory comes back.
Ask "what did I decide about pricing in March" and get the answer with your original reasoning. Every promise gets a reminder before it slips. Relevant context resurfaces unprompted.
"What did I decide about pricing in March?"
Ask your memory anything. Almanack answers from your own records, with the date and the reasoning you gave at the time. No more scrolling old notes hoping you wrote it down.
Privacy
Your voice never leaves your phone. Even we can't read your memory.
Your decisions are the most sensitive data you have. Almanack is built so they stay yours. This is architecture, not a promise.
Your voice never leaves your phone
Transcription runs entirely on-device with Whisper. Audio is never uploaded anywhere and is deleted after transcription by default.
Encrypted on device
Your memory lives in a local database encrypted at rest with SQLCipher. The key sits in the iOS keychain. Add a Face ID lock if you want a second gate.
No cloud database
There is no server copy of your memory. It exists only on your phone. Delete the app or your account, and it is gone everywhere, instantly.
Minimal network surface
The only thing that travels is transcript text, sent to our proxy and forwarded to AI providers to structure your notes and answer your questions. No audio, no database, no card data.
